Mac App Store Installation
Installation Steps:
- Open Mac App Store on your Mac
- Search for “UBox” in the search bar
- Click “Get” or “Install” if the app is available
- Wait for download and installation to complete
- Launch UBox from Applications folder or Launchpad
- Sign in with your UBox account credentials

For Windows users, we recommend using BlueStacks as your Android emulator to run UBox on your computer.

Windows Installation Steps:
- Download BlueStacks from bluestacks.com
- Run BlueStacks-Installer.exe as administrator
- Follow the setup wizard and enable Hyper-V if prompted

Windows Troubleshooting
BlueStacks Won’t Start
- Enable VT-x/AMD-V in BIOS settings
